We use the information we collect to respond to contact form inquiries, deliver and improve the Community Agent platform, monitor system performance and diagnose issues, generate anonymized usage analytics for our clients, and comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions are processed via Resend. Conversation and platform data is stored in Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United States, with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Contact form data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Platform data is retained for the duration of the client agreement and deleted within 90 days of termination, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our platform: Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure and data storage, OpenAI for language model processing, Pinecone for vector database and knowledge retrieval, Resend for email delivery, and Twilio / Meta WhatsApp for messaging infrastructure. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
