1. Agreement

2. Services
SAIS Technologies Corp provides software solutions and SaaS products, including the Community Agent platform, a WhatsApp-based member communication tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information when setting up your account, only upload documents and content you own or have rights to, ensure your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, not use our services to transmit unlawful or harmful content, and keep your credentials and access secure.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and technology on saistechnologies.com is the property of SAIS Technologies Corp. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our services without written permission. Content you upload to the platform remains your property. By uploading it, you grant SAIS Technologies Corp a limited license to process and store it solely to deliver the service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on the rights of any third party, transmit spam, malware, or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or resell or sublicense access without written agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Community Agent delivers answers based solely on the knowledge base content provided by the client. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of that content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAIS Technologies Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. SAIS Technologies Corp may suspend access immediately for violations of these terms. Client data will be deleted within 90 days of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
